The Supermodels Secret to a Perfect Butt and Flat Gut
Inspired by the Popular Brazil Butt Lift
Upward Motions Women's Butts and Guts Camp will Reduce, Shape, and Lift those stubborn areas in your glutes, abs, and thighs. Inspired by the popular Brazil Butt Lift and its proven TriAngle Training method, you will work all three major muscles of the buttocks from multiple angles to:
- Reduce your hips and thighs, and melt away those stubborn saddlebags
- Shape your gluteal muscles and sculpt your abs for more tone and definition
- Lift your butt so it looks great from every angle
Upward Motions Women's Butts and Guts Camp is a 2 or 3 day a week camp specifically designed to target your glutes and abs to give them that tone and definition you have been looking for. Each camp also includes:
- A copy of the Brazil Butt Lift program so if you miss a class, there is no excuse for you to miss a workout
- A nutritional workshop that will educate you on how to eat and use the Body Make Over Guide outlined in the Brazil Butt Lift
- A measurement tracker card and tape measure to watch the inches melt away
- The 6-Day Supermodel Slimdown Plan to jump start your metabolism and transformation
When: This is a 3 day a week camp on Tuesday and Thursday at either 6am or 6pm, and on Saturday at 10am.
