My philosophy in life is simple, "Changing Lives, one step at a time." I love being a personal trainer because I get to do just that. Every day I get to wake up and motivate, inspire, coach, heal, and improve someone's quality of life. What more can a person ask for? Being a personal trainer is not just a job to me, it's my purpose in life.
I believe that anybody can achieve whatever they put their mind and heart into. When you set your mind and heart into something, anything can happen. The sky's the limit. I believe that exercise should be a part of everyone's life. Exercise can bring a new sense of life and happiness. It is my goal to bring that new sense of life and happiness through exercise in all my clients.
I specialize in corrective exercise, lifestyle management, and sports injury prevention. I work a lot with people that are experiencing joint or muscular pain, individuals with specific physiological goals (i.e. reduction of body fat, increased muscle size and definition), and recreational athletes that want to stay healthy and pain free.

Reaching deep and finding the desire to overcome the obstacles and challenges life has put in my path has inspired the passion in me to help others do the same. If I meet someone and even for just a moment leave that person feeling like they can achieve anything they put their minds to, then I have accomplished something great!
Having once been a professional athlete, I know what it takes to train hard and reach tough goals. With that knowledge, I am confident I can help you be in the best shape of your life! I am gifted with the ability to inspire people to push themselves and reach their own tough fitness goals.
I am open to all fitness levels and experience. I really love to work with athletes and I truly enjoy working with the general fitness population and watching them blossom into stronger, healthier and happier individuals.

The core of my fitness philosophy is my overwhelming desire to make a positive difference in the lives of the people around me. This may sound trite, but I wake up in the morning with the enthusiasm (I love my job!) to help my clients become stronger and happier. It doesn’t matter to me if a client is young, old, adolescent to actively aging, neophyte to collegiate athlete, I love helping clients—who are more like family to me—become stronger so they can be better at their hobbies, activities and daily lives.
Clients have acknowledged that one of my strengths is recognizing their specific needs, whether it is sport specialization, injury prevention or rehabilitation and/or a goal such as hiking a major peak or running a marathon. These clients often have reported vast improvements, and are grateful that I help them thrive in their activities, their passions and their overall healthy life.
I see myself as a motivational coach, teaching my clients how to get a great workout wherever they are—at home or on the road, with or without weights. I give them homework to help with mobility and flexibility and nutritional guidance when they need it. Specifically, one of my passions is discovering the best ways to help a client overcome a physical roadblock using corrective exercises. In fact, I aspire to become a physical therapist someday.

One of personal trainers is a Certified Silver Sneakers Instructor and a Certified Level 1 Piloxing Instructor. On a local Albuquerque level one of our personal trainer instructors has a Certificate of Completion from the Central New Mexico Community College of Fitness Technician Program.
