Philosophy
My philosophy in life is simple, "Changing Lives, one step at a time." I love being a personal trainer because I get to do just that. Everyday I get to wake up and motivate, inspire, coach, heal, and improve someone's quality of life. What more can a person ask for? Being a personal trainer is not just a job to me, it's my purpose in life.
I believe that anybody can achieve what ever they put their mind and heart into. When you set your mind and heart into something, anything can happen. The sky's the limit. I believe that exercise should be apart of everyone's life. Exercise can bring a new sense of life and happiness. It is my goal to bring that new sense of life and happiness through exercise in all my clients.

Philosophy
My goal as a personal trainer is to help you accomplish 110% of your health and fitness goals, I say 110% because I help my clients reach beyond what they see as their full potential and push them to new heights. As an Olympic weightlifter, I understand that it takes 3 things to accomplish your goals.
Hard Work: There is no substitute for hard work, and the things worth having in life don't come easy. You will have to make the choice to work hard and achieve the results you want, or choose not to and continue to fail. As a personal trainer and an athlete, I understand what hard work is all about and the work that we put in together, will not only benefit you in the short term but will have huge rewards later in life.
Dedication: Dedication is the key to accomplishing any goal. There are no short-term quick fix solutions to any goal. We will be committed to whatever goals you may have and I won't be satisfied until we have reached those goals.
Discipline: Everyone has the ability to work hard, everyone has the ability to be dedicated, but those who can show discipline are the ones that truly become great. I have never believed in the phrase do as I say not as I do. That's just a poor excuse for lack of discipline. I commit myself to a healthy lifestyle 100% and I expect no less from my clients. I know there may be set backs and that's when I will be there to pick you up and put you back on the right track. The price of success is hard work, dedication, and discipline; we must apply the best of ourselves to the task at hand to be truly successful, as a team we will be successful.
Client Base
I specialize in training athletes. It doesn't matter if you are an elite athlete that needs to stay at the top of their game, a college athlete that needs to make it to the next level, a high school athlete that wants to earn a scholarship, or someone that wants to make the team. It doesn't matter what sport you play or if you consider yourself an athlete. Every single person has an athlete inside that is waiting to get out. We will find yours and take you to the top.
