Tip a Little Beer or Wine for Heart Health.
Drinking a reasonable amount of suds or vino or other type of alcohol has been show to improve a person’s good cholesterol levels, which is HDL. Another benefit is it can lower chances for blood clots and help a the bodies arteries from being hurt. Other studies have shown that red wine’s antioxidants also have other health benefits for the body as well. But some studies have shown the exact opposite. As always check in with your physician to find out about the positive and negatives about anything you do about your health.
