At Upward Motion Personal Training we believe that a personal trainer is much more than a rep counter, but an inspirer, motivator, educational consultant, and a guide to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals.

Our trainers specialize in 3 areas to INSPIRE you to accomplish your health and fitness needs:

  • Weight Loss –Besides our group training program, you can choose to work with a personal trainer to help you tone muscle and burn fat. You will work individually with them creating a customized workout regimen
  • Injury Rehabilitation – We specialize in creating exercise programs to help eliminate muscle and joint pain. We will first do a muscular analysis to see what muscles are compensated and then design an exercise program to help decrease pain and increase strength.
  • Athletic Training – Whether you are an athlete or are a recreational “weekend warrior”, we can customize an exercise plan to increase performance without pain or injury. We will create a custom program to help you become the best athlete you can be.



Group Training

Nob Hill Fit Body Boot Camp is home of the Afterburn workouts – a group personal training program where you’ll get high energy, fun, and challenging workouts designed to burn maximum fat and tone your entire body in only 30 minutes.

Our specialized Afterburn workouts use a combination of (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long. Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging all while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles.

Personalization is key to getting the best possible results,which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your individual fitness goals and fitness level. Whether you’re new to working out or you’re an experienced fitness buff our professional trainers and coaches will help to modify every workout so that you’ll achieve your goals!
