Heart health is so very important to longevity, quality of life and having energy during the day. Everyone wants a strong robust heart. During HIIT workouts pushing one’s self over the period of the first 6 to 8 weeks of classes/exercising will lead to more success doing other types of exercise like skiing, running, roller blading, walking and swimming because with a stronger heart from HIIT training those mentioned exercises become easier because of fact that the person being in much better aerobic shape.
