Jumping Jack – The Classic Exercise Never Goes Out of Style
When you are looking to get started with a new program this exercise move is the go-to move for people to start with going way back in time. Begin by placing your feet together and your hands laid down at your sides. Jump up just a hair and extend your legs out away from your body to the side and raise your arms over your head touching your hands together at the same time. Then bring your arms, legs and feet back the starting position. Complete 25 to 30 repetitions of this exercise.

Foot Fire – There’s Fire in Them Tootsies
Step or shuffle from side to side raising the heels of your feet up off the ground, but just about an inch or so.

Mountain Climber – Mt. Everest is not Required
The real mountains that you see in Rockies are not on the menu with this exercise. Start this exercise with your knees, hands and arms down low. Get into a squat position and then bring your right foot straight ahead with the right knee raised to your chest and place your left leg straight behind you. Then bring your left leg forward and bring your knee to your chest and extend your right leg out straight behind you. Do 10 to 15 repetitions of this exercise.
