Boxing – A Straight Right Then a Left
Boxing training, which is considered by many the best exercise ever for cardiovascular fitness, is available right in your living room. Stand square with your feet 18 inches apart. Then, with your left leg just a couple of inches ahead of your right foot, bring up your fists, contain your elbows in tight, then throw a punch with the fist that is the one nearest to your body. Throw 15 solid punches and then do the same with the opposite fist.

Swimming Flutter Kick
Taking action and ramping up your cardio workouts is a good thing, but always consult with a health professional beforehand. To do this exercise get down on the floor and then get down flat on your back with your legs straight out. From there with your legs completely straight, raise them 5 inches off the ground, then flutter them like a swimmer, first the right leg and then the left leg up and down quickly. Do this movement for 45 seconds and then lower your legs back down to the floor. Do 8 to 10 sets of this move.
